Job Description
- As a Senior macOS Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and building cutting-edge applications for the macOS platform.
- Should work closely with our product management and UX teams to turn concepts into reality, using your excellent software design and coding skills.
- Develop applications for time-sensitive projects while considering business/system requirements.
- Should continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to optimize development efficiency, and ensure that the applications you create are of the highest quality, responsiveness, and performance
- Should be able to analyze requirements for technical feasibility and participate in designing the best solution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, recommending improvements to enhance app performance and security
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Also help maintain code quality, unit test cases, organization, documentation, and automatization.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in Swift Programming language with a minimum of 3 years of macOS development experience.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and CLEAN architecture.
- Experience with offline storage, multi-threading, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Experience with SPM and Cocoapods for dependency management.
- Analyze requirements for technical feasibility and participate in designing the solution
- Identify reusable components and build/update component library by avoiding duplicate code
- Experience working with unit testing tools and familiarity with Test-Driven Development and CI/CD
- Bash scripting experience is nice to have
